Most humans love meatloaf. I love the fact that our cats can enjoy one too. Of course, we want to avoid all those spices if making the loaf for our cats. Cats have sensitive stomaches and the spices in a regular meatloaf could give your cat stomach aches and a whole list of other problems that we don't wish to subject them to. The idea here is to give them something special that they can fully enjoy without regretting having eaten. I am sure that the Catnip Meatloaf would seem kind of bland to people but it is perfect for our furry friends so I knew I just had to share this one with all of you. I am sure your cats will be pleased to have you make it for them..

3 oz. ground "meat" (try Yves Meatless Ground Round Original)
2 Tbsp. oatmeal
1/2 tsp. Ener-G Egg Replacer (combine with 2 Tbsp. water)
2 tsp. catnip
1/4 tsp. corn oil

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

Make a flattened loaf about 1/2-inch thick, then place on a greased baking sheet.

Broil at 325°F for 6 to 8 minutes, turning often to ensure uniform cooking.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool.

Cut into bite-sized pieces.
